Required Skills and Qualifications:

"
  • Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience within a law firm akin to A&O Shearman and/or ranked top tier in your area of expertise
  • Right to work and reside in Australia
  • Unrestricted (unsupervised) practicing certificate or the ability to obtain the same
  • Strong technical knowledge and recent Australian experience (although not strictly necessary)
  • Self-starter with a commitment to building a career as a consultant and a drive to achieve at a high level while working as a consultant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels, building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Client service-focused with exemplary client service ethic and commitment
  • Strong commercial/business acumen
  • Resilient, adaptable, autonomous, and highly credible
  • Advanced organisational skills and diplomacy
