Business Development Representative

The RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding sales role that involves engaging with prospect organizations of all sizes, complexities, and needs.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales and product managers, industry sales directors, and marketing teams, to identify, uncover, and qualify opportunities that contribute to a significant proportion of the pipeline development for sales in Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with prospects and clients to understand business and organizational challenges and pain points.
- Generate high-value sales pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting into commercial or enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop a list of target prospects.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects and provide top-class customer experience.
- Business development experience within the enterprise and commercial segment, particularly managing prospects from Australia.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales-related environment.
- A competitive mindset, with a hunger and self-starter commitment to overachieve and succeed.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; you should be a great writer, speaker, and listener.
- Bachelor's degree is preferable.
