We are seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator Team Lead to join our team at Frontline Human Resources, based on the Gold Coast.

About the Role:- Support Staff Recruitment: You will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of staff to deliver exceptional support services to our clients.
- Rostering Expertise: Your expertise in rostering will ensure that our clients receive the best possible care, tailored to their individual needs.
- Team Collaboration: As a team lead, you will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably in healthcare.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and clients.
- Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a related field.
