Role Overview
This is a full time position in our hotel, working across the reception desk and reservations team. The ideal candidate will have a fun and friendly personality to ensure our guests have a wonderful experience.
Responsibilities
- Guest Check-in and Check-out
- Handling Guest Enquiries
- Attending to Incoming Calls
- Storage and Luggage Handling
- Reservations and Upselling
Requirements
- Opera Cloud and HubOS experience
- Previous Front Office and Reservations Experience
- Flexibility to work across a 7 day rotating roster
