Corporate Banking Business Management Vice President

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic individual to join our organization as a Corporate Banking Business Management Vice President. The successful candidate will support the execution of business initiatives, prepare high-quality business reviews, and assist with governance, process optimizations, and administrative tasks.

About the Role:

  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives, working closely with local and regional teams to drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
  • Organize complex information strategically, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to understand projects and facilitate next steps.
  • Identify key business risks on the platform and partner with product and controls office to remediate risk and controls issues.
  • Prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions.
  • Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites.
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area with prior experience in Business Management or COO role.
  • Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and leading the agenda.
  • Ability to multi-task and dynamically prioritize or adapt with rapidly changing and sometimes conflicting demands.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
