As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various business activities. This includes leading meetings, internal communications, and reporting to ensure smooth operations and strong information management.

The Role

This position plays a critical role in partnering with colleagues to achieve strategic objectives, manage business continuity, and foster a positive work culture.

  • Coordinate monthly management meetings and quarterly town halls.
  • Manage internal communications across multiple channels.
  • Lead business continuity planning and reviews.
  • Drive cultural initiatives and improve work practices.
  • Support the Women in DD&T Network and other business improvement projects.

We are looking for an individual with advanced organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
