
Strategic Business Development Manager

As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will drive growth for existing and new partnerships by working closely with sales teams to increase revenue, customer base, and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strategic relationships with partners to promote Acronis products and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas through pipeline and forecast management.
- Recruit, develop, and onboard top accounts, closing large deals in Australia, and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new strategic partners and expand the client base.
- Accountability for sales performance, execution of goals, and objectives related to recruiting new MSP accounts.
- Build deep knowledge of clients' technical and business priorities, challenges, and initiatives that can be translated into IT solution opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings, product seminars, trade shows, and events to stay informed about industry trends and network with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing service provider partnerships and relevant experience in backup, disaster recovery, security, and/or closely related cloud technologies.
- Self-starter with a high-energy culture and impact player mentality, along with strong strategic business development, planning, and implementation skills.
- Solid understanding of business acumen, sales tactics, and partnership management.
