At Scentre Group, we're looking for a dedicated Service Team Leader to help manage our Valet and Concierge services at Westfield Bondi Junction.
This part-time role offers 30 hours per week across 4 days, with a rotating roster over two weeks.
As a Service Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring customer service levels are maintained at the highest levels within the service areas.
- Leading by example, driving NPS targets, and empowering team members to rectify and resolve customer issues.
- Providing leadership in all service areas, including Customer Experience Desk, Valet, and Carpark.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a similar role or operations management.
- Passion for premium retail, customer experience, and delivering exceptional results.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
