Customer Service Manager in Training

  • Coach, train, and performance manage team members to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with work health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Passion for customer service and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and motivate a team.
  • Front-end and POS knowledge is highly desired.
