Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Customer Service Manager to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual to lead, coach and support our Customer Service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Customer Service team to achieve excellent customer service standards.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
