About the Role:

The Business Services Manager is responsible for leading the office-based customer service team and enabling the sales and operations teams in the field. This role entails developing and implementing strategies to achieve customer service and sales-specific targets, while providing a high level of quality service excellence to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to achieve business goals
  • Lead and develop the customer service team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and report on customer service metrics and performance
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and customer service experience
  • Ability to develop and implement effective customer service strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with customer service metrics and performance management
