
Business Expansion Specialist

Establish a strong foothold in the Public & Non-Profit Organization sectors through strategic business development and sales growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Drive revenue expansion by identifying new business opportunities through tendering, cold calling, and networking.
- Maintain relationships with clients at all levels, negotiating deals that meet their objectives.
- Foster account growth through prospecting techniques, maximizing sales performance within established budgets.
- Provide tailored support to clients, understanding their strategy and developing plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Convert cold leads into warm prospects, turning new accounts into consistent sales performers.
- Meet relevant sales targets while assisting in setting up new business accounts, processing sales orders, and delivering exceptional after-sales services.
- Prior experience in the Public Sector or NGO is advantageous.
- Background in the Furniture/White Goods Appliance industry, preferably in a commercial channel environment.
- Strong account management skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for sales and business development, with the ability to create new leads from scratch.
- Proficiency in B2B sales knowledge, clear sales strategies, and computer literacy with Microsoft Office and other office software.
