Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of professionals
  • Develop and implement a brand refresh, ensuring consistent messaging across channels
  • Create polished, executive-ready written content and corporate reports
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, providing communications and marketing advice
  • Plan and deliver key initiatives with precision and pace
  • Oversee statutory reporting and create marketing collateral that strengthens the brand
  • Apply creativity and flair – visual marketing/design skills highly valued
About You
  • Experienced people leader with a collaborative and mentoring approach
  • Proven background in communications, branding, and content creation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to stakeholders
  • Skilled at building relationships and influencing at all levels
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable
  • Desirable experience in regulated industries such as Banking, Government or Insurance
  • Degree-qualified in Communications, Marketing, PR or similar field
