Key Role

A strategic marketing professional with expertise in brand development and team leadership is required to shape the future of our diverse venues. As a key member of the marketing team, you will drive impactful campaigns and deliver exceptional results.

This role involves leading the marketing calendar, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing digital marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with an external agency to develop targeted campaigns and manage budgets to ensure maximum ROI.

As a leader, you will champion customer loyalty programs, use data to drive engagement, and lead the marketing team to deliver best-in-class work.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the marketing calendar, ensuring key dates are strategically planned and executed.
  • Drive brand consistency across all venues by managing menus, signage, and customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee digital marketing: social media strategy, EDMs, websites, and apps.
  • Own the content creation strategy including coordinating photo and video shoots.
  • Collaborate with an external advertising agency to develop campaigns for print, radio, TV, digital, and outdoor.
  • Manage venue marketing budgets, track ROI, and report on performance.
  • Champion customer loyalty programs and use data to drive engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the marketing team to deliver best-in-class work.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in marketing (hospitality or lifestyle brands a bonus).
  • Natural leadership skills and ability to coach and develop a team.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
  • Commercially minded and able to manage budgets and report on ROI.
  • Confident across digital, social, content strategies, and traditional advertising.
  • Sharp writing skills and ability to juggle competing priorities.
