Marketing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Team Leader to play a pivotal role in delivering targeted marketing and fundraising support.

This exciting full-time opportunity is designed for individuals with experience in strategic fundraising, project management, and stakeholder relationship management.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small team of Business Partners and coordinators to drive targeted marketing and fundraising activities.
  • Develop fundraising strategies and lead delivery of major campaigns.
  • Work closely with services, corporate teams, and partners to ensure professional marketing activities.
  • Coordinate and contribute to the delivery of brand, marketing, and communications objectives.
  • Liaise with the leadership team to ensure deliverables align with the organization's strategic directions.

Requirements:

  1. Previous Experience:
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a non-profit environment.
  1. Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive project management skills and strong stakeholder relationship management.
  • Advanced communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
  • Experience leading a team and managing workload, often with competing priorities.
  • A current Working with Children check and National Police Check.
