Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Director to lead our global affiliate program and drive business growth through strategic brand and commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Global Affiliate Program Management: Manage the global affiliate program, including onboarding, compliance, performance tracking, and optimisation across platforms.
  • New Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and negotiate new commercial and brand partnerships to execute co-branded campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse partner and affiliate performance, providing insights to optimise ROI and acquisition metrics.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Affiliate Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or loyalty programs, ideally within travel, tourism, ecommerce, or lifestyle brands.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience managing large-scale partnerships.
  • Affiliate Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and tracking/reporting tools.
  • Campaign Planning: Demonstrated ability to plan and execute co-branded campaigns that drive measurable results.
