Job Title: Marketing Communications Manager">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create polished, executive-ready written content and corporate reports that effectively communicate key messages and insights.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders by acting as a strategic advisor, providing counsel on communications and marketing initiatives, and influencing key decisions.
  • Plan and deliver key initiatives with pace and precision by defining project scope, establishing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee statutory reporting and develop marketing collateral that strengthens the brand by leveraging data-driven insights and creative storytelling techniques.

  • Experienced people leader with a collaborative, mentoring style who can inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Proven background in communications, branding, and content creation, with a focus on delivering results-driven campaigns and initiatives.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to stakeholders and facilitating effective dialogue.
  • Skilled at building relationships and influencing at all levels, with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified in Communications, Marketing, PR or similar, with a strong foundation in theoretical and practical aspects of the field.
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry such as Banking, Government or Insurance (highly desirable), with knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
