Lead Service Professional

You will oversee the front-of-house team, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This includes managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining venue presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve excellent customer experience.
  • Oversee daily operations, including compliance and venue maintenance.
  • Solve problems efficiently and effectively under pressure.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • RSA and Food Safety Certificate (essential).
  • First Aid Certificate (essential).
  • Queensland RMLV (desirable).
