Surfers Pavilion, part of the renowned Artesian Hospitality group, is a premier waterfront destination in Surfers Paradise, offering an unmatched dining and entertainment experience. Surfers Pavilion is a 7-day-a-week venue, open from breakfast until late. This role offers 30-38 hours per week on average, with the potential for a full-time position.

The Role
As a Floor Supervisor, you are the face of Surfers Pavilion, leading the front-of-house team in our iconic waterfront venue. Working closely with the Venue Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure seamless service, and drive a team culture that values excellence, teamwork, and fun.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Be hands-on and operational, ensuring smooth service and efficiency during peak periods.
  • Develop and upskill team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and product knowledge.
  • Maintain and enhance guest experiences, ensuring every visitor receives exceptional service.
  • Uphold the high standards of Surfers Pavilion, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and operational procedures.
