About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tour Group Specialist to join our team at Lotte Duty Free. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating and managing sales and gross profit growth by providing exceptional customer service and maximizing profits within the Lotte Duty Free business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, with a primary focus on Tour Groups.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and make recommendations on suitable products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tour Group leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Demonstrable experience of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to communicate fluently (verbal and written) in English and Mandarin.
  • Proven track record of achieving successful sales in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • A reasonable level of physical fitness, as manual handling/heavy lifting will be involved.
  • Demonstrable high standard of personal presentation.
  • Demonstrable ability to be punctual.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of retail/customer service operations.
  • Strong numerical ability.
  • A strong sense of urgency at all times.
  • Demonstrable proactive approach to all work tasks.
  • Ability to manage various competing priorities and ability to assess and resolve basic problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well and effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal communication.
