Mental Health Program Manager Job

This organization is seeking an experienced program manager to lead and grow its dynamic DFSV, mental health and wellbeing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic and operational delivery of a diverse range of therapeutic services.
  • Provide clinical leadership risk oversight, and service quality assurance.
  • Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
  • Drive DFSV and mental health program innovation continuous improvement, and evidence-based practice.
  • Foster partnerships with community stakeholders to support holistic care.
  • Contribute to training and fee-for-service program development.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology, counseling, social work or related field.
  • Experience in program management and clinical leadership within DFSV services.
  • Strong clinical skills particularly in trauma domestic/family violence, and mental health.
  • Deep understanding of feminist principles and gender-informed care.
  • Experience working with diverse communities and marginalized groups.
  • Excellent team leadership communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Training in the Safe and Together Model.
  • Experience in a feminist or not-for-profit environment.
  • Fluency in a language other than English.
