Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic delivery of diverse therapeutic services.
- Provide clinical leadership, risk oversight, and service quality assurance.
- Supervise and support multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in DFSV and mental health programs.
- Foster partnerships with community stakeholders to support holistic care.
- Contribute to training program development.
- Tertiary qualifications in psychology, counselling, social work or related field.
- Experience in program management and clinical leadership within DFSV services.
- Strong clinical skills, particularly in trauma, domestic/family violence, and mental health.
- Deep understanding of feminist principles and gender-informed care.
- Experience working with diverse communities and marginalised groups.
- Excellent team leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Training in the Safe and Together Model.
- Experience in a feminist or not-for-profit environment.
