This role is responsible for the provision of person centered; evidence- based care that promotes positive health outcomes.
It will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. This position will assist in the provision of supervision and support for less experienced clinicians and will maintain their professional accountability and development in accordance with the relevant Professional Competency Standards.
This role will align their professional conduct with those of the NSW Health CORE Values.

A Little About Us.
ISLHD operate four hospital sites on Dharawal Country in the Illawarra: Coledale District Hospital, Bulli District Hospital, Wollongong Hospital and Shellharbour Hospital.
