About the Role

This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supervisory and technical role as a Helpdesk and Dispatch Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service desk operations with technicians on behalf of clients within the Dental Industry Australia wide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage service requests efficiently.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of IT solutions and services by managing schedules, timesheets, and escalations from customers.
  • Handle the reception, triage, and assignment of onsite requests, tickets, and tasks effectively.
  • Oversee service operations and delivery while coordinating with account managers.
  • Resolve remote tickets promptly.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management skills with the capability to garner support for service management initiatives.
  • Hold experience working for a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoft, and ITIL certifications, along with ConnectWise experience, are highly beneficial.
