
Senior Customer Service Operations Manager

As a Senior Customer Service Operations Manager, you play a vital role in leading our customer service team across multiple channels.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive accountability through performance-based metrics and ensure compliance to business commitments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage technology and develop customer service KPIs that meet or exceed agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Manage stocktakes, employee recognition programs, and internal stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
About You:
- Proven experience managing high-energy teams of 10-20 employees.
- Systems experience using Zendesk or similar platforms.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
