As a Senior Customer Service Operations Manager, you play a vital role in leading our customer service team across multiple channels.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive accountability through performance-based metrics and ensure compliance to business commitments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage technology and develop customer service KPIs that meet or exceed agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Manage stocktakes, employee recognition programs, and internal stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

About You:

  • Proven experience managing high-energy teams of 10-20 employees.
  • Systems experience using Zendesk or similar platforms.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
