We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless operational processes.
- Job Description:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the day-to-day activities of our customer service operations. This includes managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely responses to customer requests.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer-facing initiatives and identifying areas for process improvements.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role, preferably in a membership-based organization or retail environment.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and experience working with third-party logistics providers is an asset.
