Job Opportunity

We are seeking a customer service professional to join our operations team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing emergencies, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer care at the reception desk and over the phone/email.
  • Emergency Management: Manage emergency situations with decisiveness and composure, able to troubleshoot and find positive solutions.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the property manager with obtaining quotes, scheduling maintenance, and confirming jobs with tradespeople.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A goal-oriented and motivated individual with a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with property management software and systems is an asset.
