Customer Service Operator: 7:00am - 3:30pm(Role is primarily based in Bayswater with some travel required to Lynbrook, Kilsyth, and Pakenham)Dispatch Coordinator: 10:00am - 5:30pm(Role is based in Noble Park, flexibility required to work until 6pm and occasionally cover Day Shift 5:00am to 1:00pm)Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceHandle incoming phone and front counter enquiriesPrepare quotes and follow up with customersBuild and manage long term customer relationshipsEnter sales data accurately into systemsAdministrationProcess invoices, credit notes, and purchase ordersAssist with accounts payable and debt collectionMaintain accurate records and generate reportsSupport inventory management and cash handlingTransport CoordinationSchedule truck deliveries and prepare required paperworkMonitor freight costs and ensure efficiencyUnderstand truck load capacitiesProcess PODs and transport related invoicesSafety & ComplianceAdhere to and promote company safety policiesReport hazards and incidents promptlyParticipate in safety audits and complete safety calendarConduct contractor inductionsAdditional OutcomesManage the customer journey from quote through to deliveryEnsure data accuracy and up-to-date account recordsCoordinate effectively with sales, scheduling, and production teamsProvide reliable support to both internal and external stakeholdersAbout YouMinimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service, administration, or transport and logistics roleConfident negotiator and problem solverHighly organised with strong planning abilityProficient in computer systems and data entryAble to work in fast paced, customer facing environmentsComfortable making decisions under pressureIf you're looking to take the next step in your career with a company that values quality and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.
