We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage hotel operations during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk and night audit functions to ensure accurate balancing of hotel revenues.
  • Handle guest concerns and respond promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the safety and security of our guests throughout the night.
Requirements
  • Australian working rights (this role is not available for sponsorship).
  • Excellent communication skills with a service-focused personality.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
  • Good understanding of finance and accounting practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of Front Office operations.
  • Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
