Job Title: Night Duty Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Night Duty Manager to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operations during the night shift, ensuring the smooth running of the hotel and creating a safe and exceptional guest experience from night until morning.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Managing front office operations including check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries
  • Performing night audit functions to ensure proper balancing of hotel revenues in rooms and food & beverage
  • Handling guest concerns and reacting quickly to resolve issues and guarantee memorable moments for guests
  • Ensuring the safety of guests throughout the night
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • A service-focused personality and ability to work through the night
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays
  • Good understanding of finance and accounting practices
  • Extensive knowledge of Front Office operations
  • Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
  • Multi-tasking skills and high level of organisation and attention to detail
