About the OrganizationMichael Page is a prominent recruitment agency with a strong presence in the professional services sector across Australia and internationally.
Position OverviewAs an HR Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering expert guidance to senior management on employee relations, performance evaluation, and associated topics.
- Creating, executing, and assessing HR policies and practices.
- Advising on adherence to HR policies, corporate standards, and procedures.
- Assisting with HR initiatives such as training programs, employee engagement strategies, and performance review processes.
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration.
- Carrying out general HR functions as needed.
The preferred candidate will possess:
- Prior experience as an HR Consultant, preferably in the professional services arena.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and practices.
- Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with organizational leaders, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Relevant qualifications in HR or a related business discipline (preferred).
$80,000 - $100,000 + superannuation, based on experience
