Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Service and Support team. This role will involve owning, troubleshooting, and solving customer technical issues using AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and solve customer technical issues, collaborating with teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools.
  • Lead or participate in building communities and share knowledge with peer delivery roles.
  • Identify potential product defects and escalate for resolution, contributing to product improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of technical support, consulting, or IT experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of technical support, consulting, or IT experience.
  • Strong understanding of Defender for Endpoint and Defender AV on Windows client/server.
  • Troubleshooting of scanning and performance issues.
  • Alert and Incident investigation.
  • Nice To Have:
  • Strong understanding of Defender for Endpoint and Defender AV on Linux and macOS.
  • Experience in the Linux platform.

This role requires flexibility in working shift based on business needs, including possible shift rotations from Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, or Sunday to Thursday. Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements is required.
