Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive wound management plans to meet the unique needs of patients with complex wounds and skin integrity issues.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide education, training, and resources to improve wound care practices and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, evidence-based practices, and industry standards to drive continuous quality improvement.
- Advanced clinical expertise in wound management, including assessment, coordination, implementation, and evaluation.
- Ability to provide leadership and work independently with minimal supervision to achieve service objectives.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and motivate colleagues.
