Responsibilities:

  • Develop and continuously improve our non-network project portfolio framework
  • Lead enterprise portfolio services, including prioritisation and alignment to strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build and maintain a rolling 5-year programme plan for the non-network portfolio
  • Align budgets and resource planning to achieve long-term business goals
  • Monitor portfolio health, address risks and gaps, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide strategic insights and advice to senior leaders on planning and prioritisation, supporting informed investment decisions
  • Drive collaboration and transparency across the business for aligned delivery

We're seeking an experienced leader who can bring structure and alignment to our dynamic portfolio. To succeed in this role, you'll possess :

A proven track record of influencing and building effective relationships with senior stakeholdersStrong knowledge of programme and project lifecycle management, as well as governance principlesExperience leading teams, rather than owning individual projects directlyConfidence in challenging constructively and working cross-functionally to solve complex problemsEffective communication skills, tailored to diverse technical and non-technical audiencesA collaborative approach to leadership, with a focus on uplifting capability across your team and the business
