Process Optimization Specialist

FleetPartners Group is a leading financial services company that administers employee benefit programs.

We seek a skilled and analytical Process Improvement Practitioner to drive efficiency and streamline processes across our car leasing business.

You will lead process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.

You will analyze current workflows, systems, and processes to find gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.

You will implement best practices and tools to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations, customer service, and fleet management.

You will own the business process repository 'The Garage' and ensure processes are published for visibility with the right sign offs in place.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Analyze current workflows, systems, and processes.
  • Implement best practices and tools.
  • Owning the business process repository 'The Garage'.

Business Acumen:

  • Collect and analyze data for the Operations function.
  • Analyze performance data to drive improvements and identify trends.
  • Use statistical tools and Lean tools to measure process performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with departments to align efficiency improvement initiatives.
  • Train and mentor employees on Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Develop and deliver continuous improvement training.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Lean or Six Sigma roles.
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing successful process improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).
