About the Role

Officeworks is seeking an experienced professional to lead continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean principles, six sigma methodologies and supply chain management.

  • Drive process improvement projects and training workshops to deliver business outcomes and cultural change.
  • Lead at site level, value stream mapping and kaizen events to eliminate waste, reduce complexity and improve process flow.
  • Monitor and manage site-wide 5S programs, ensuring consistent application of standards across all operational areas.
  • Develop and implement analytical tools for continuous improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders within supply chain and other business functions to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Business or supply chain qualifications with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain and/or logistics supporting and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Competency with SAP, MS Office, SQL, Power BI and project management tools.
