Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Continuous Improvement initiatives across VIC and NSW sites. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving increased efficiency, waste reduction and quality improvement.

About the Role:

  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects across the organization, including Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Provide guidance and coaching to employees at all levels of the organization on continuous improvement principles and methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance, reduce waste, and increase efficiency
  • Lead and grow a zero-harm culture on site which ensures that all stakeholders are able to operate across the site with zero risk to their health, safety & wellbeing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in delivering multiple projects across a large, complex organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools
