The Opportunity

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Lean/Six Sigma Practitioner to join our operations team. As a key member, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline processes across our car leasing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Lead process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) to identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect and analyse data for the Operations function as a whole and drive the Operations Performance Tracker with the business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with departments to align efficiency improvement initiatives with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Lean or Six Sigma roles, with financial services industries experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading AND implementing successful process improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).
