The Opportunity

This role involves managing medical disputes related to causation, threshold injury, and Whole Person Impairment (WPI) based in Sydney. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislation and internal KPIs, driving outcomes in Common Law claims.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop learning programs to enhance Medical Disputes capability within the organisation.
  • Negotiate with external providers for high-quality service delivery.
  • Identify and discuss emerging risks with the Legal Manager.
About This Role
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in CTP Medical Disputes or Injury Management within a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound medical knowledge preferably with a background in medical science, physiotherapy, chiropractic, allied health, rehabilitation, or similar.
  • Training and experience in assessing WPI according to AMA 4 and PIRS.
