
Dispute Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Dispute Management Professional to join our team. This role will involve case managing Internal dispute resolution (IDR) and External dispute resolution (EDR) programs, delivering high-quality outcomes through effective customer complaint management.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, investigate, and compile relevant information to support disputes
- Develop and implement education programs for dispute handling across the business
- Review and update business policies and processes to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
- Collate and present complaints handling statistics and trends to internal and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:- A business or finance degree is highly desirable but not essential
