Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Geraldton. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR support to operational leaders and teams across multiple local work sites.

This is a newly created role driven by growth and increasing demand, offering the chance to make your mark in a business that genuinely values its people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with supervisors and managers on HR matters ranging from onboarding to conduct, performance, IR and injury management
  • Counsel frontline leaders and support them through people-related challenges
  • Respond to on-the-ground HR issues with sound judgment and a calm, considered approach
  • Support change, workforce planning, and capability initiatives
  • Work closely with WHS and operations teams to create a safe and compliant environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 years' experience in a generalist HR or HRBP role, ideally in operational or multi-site environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Fair Work legislation, Awards, and day-to-day IR and ER processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a bias for action
  • Able to work autonomously, manage sensitive matters, and build quiet influence
