About the Role

  • Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing HR Operations and Recruitment team.
  • Deliver HR strategies aligned to business growth and operational objectives.
  • S support transformation and innovation across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Reimagine ways of working using digital tools and platforms.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition and reporting.
  • Drive process and system improvements through HR projects.
  • Oversee contracts and compliance.
  • Deliver actionable insights through HR reporting and data analysis.

Requirements

">

The successful candidate will have:

">
  • A minimum 3 years' experience as a HR generalist or Business Partner in a medium to large, multidisciplinary organisation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership capability and detail-orientated approach.
  • A degree in HR or a related field (or relevant experience).
  • Right to work in Australia.
  • National Police Clearance (within 6 months).
  • Driver's Licence.
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module.
