Business Operations Specialist

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in identifying and driving end-to-end functionality between various systems and stakeholders. You will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support integration processes and identify risks or issues.
  • Align project inter-dependencies and track progress.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Review and document local procedures to global standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and document business requirements.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure new processes meet company standards for data security.
  • Assist in managing processes by coordinating with the project team and stakeholders.
  • Create detailed documentation, including business requirements and process flows.
  • Develop and maintain reports and visualizations to communicate business performance.
  • Test business processes and systems to ensure they meet specified requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and streamline business processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in HR Information Systems, preferably in Workday and HR ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of HR processes to a high standard.
  • Well-organized with a logical process mindset.
  • Experience of working in a transformation program and fast-moving change environment.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of managing complexity, change, and having an awareness of technical impacts.
