Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished HR leader to oversee human resources operations across multiple regions in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy, team management, and employee relations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Lead and manage a large team of HR professionals.
    • Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues.
    • Present HR strategies and frameworks to stakeholders.
    • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and skills development.
    • Support HR cycle activities, including performance reviews and remuneration reviews.
    • Develop detailed workforce plans to ensure the right HR resources are allocated.
    • Recruit and develop high-performing HR teams.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Requirements:
    • Degree qualified in Human Resources or related field.
    • 10+ years experience, with at least 5 in a leadership role.
    • Ideally experienced working in an engineering, construction or manufacturing lead business.
    • Exposure to managing operations spread across different regions/sites.
