About the OpportunityPARC Engineering is currently seeking a passionate & motivated Human Resources Graduate who will act as a key link between HR strategy and operational execution, based in our Applecross head office.
Reporting directly to the HR/IR Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering key human resource processes and activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient HR operations and providing support to employees & management whilst contributing to a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the HR Advisor and HR/IR Manager to deliver human resource activities and processesBuild relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including site management teams, employees, and client representativesCoordinate and manage full Employment Lifecycle processes, documents, and recordsUpdate and maintain HR Support systems, HR databases & registers as requiredCoordinate and manage internal and external enquiries, respond to information requests and maintain information flows within business areasAct as the main point of contact for our Apprentice and Graduate ProgramsCoordinate the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees, contractors and temporary staffDraft and issue letters specifically employment contracts, change of conditions, confirmation of employment & termination of contract lettersRequirements:Degree qualified or Certificate IV in Human Resources ManagementProficient in Microsoft Office programs with a particular focus on ExcelPrevious experience in HR Administration (desirable)A can-do attitude and willingness to learnExcellent communication skills, interpersonal skills & high level of confidentialityStrong understanding of HR policies & legislation, preferably within the construction industryGreat work location with onsite parkingPaid day off for your BirthdayCareer progression paths, mentoring / learning and professional development opportunitiesRemuneration, Reward and Recognition ProgramsSupport for you and your family through our Employee Assistant Program (EAP)The chance to join a growing company with a values driven culture where you can really make an impactA bit about usPARC Engineeringare specialists in Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Infrastructure projects.
