We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our sales leadership group in Sydney, AU.
This role involves managing and growing our key Telecommunication accounts by understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
As a key member of the sales leadership group, you will work closely with clients to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Manage and grow existing Telecommunication accounts
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth
- Built strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Deliver exceptional service and support to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services
Key Requirements:
- Experience in account management and new business acquisition in Technology Consultancy or Systems Integrator
- Experience selling to Telecom or CMT clients
- Strong consultative selling skills with value-led conversations
- Ability to manage complex bids, RFPs, and RFQs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across various levels
- Experience within enterprise and government clients
- Self-starter with a collaborative attitude
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
