Role Overview

The Payment Coordinator role plays a pivotal part in enhancing consultation and engagement with external stakeholders, responding to consistent feedback from members and the RBA.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating engagement activities
  • Managing contact lists
  • Improving communication strategies
Main Accountabilities

The core accountabilities of this role are:

  • System and tool management to coordinate and ensure Contacts and Lists are maintained, used correctly and support and education provided the other broader business where needed.
  • Member touchpoint management with survey creation and coordination.
  • Member session and calendar coordination.
  • Multilateral member communications.
  • Acting as a key conduit on member consultation processes with internal stakeholders.
  • On going process improvement engagements, member impact analysis and required reporting.
Key Strengths Required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Payment industry experience
  • Database management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Broad knowledge of the technology or financial industry sectors
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external members
