Payment Solutions Director

Job Title: Payment Solutions Director
We are seeking a seasoned executive to oversee large-scale cross-platform high-risk projects within the global payments infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of business processes and flows, as well as expertise in modernization initiatives across markets and Financial Market Utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive test strategy and plan that encompasses all desired functionality and workflows
- Collaborate with teams to coordinate testing activities across platforms
- Communicate defects and expected results to stakeholders
- Assess business impact of identified defects and recommend prioritization
Requirements:
- Exceptional operational and IT knowledge of the global payments infrastructure
- Understanding of liquidity management principles and processes as it relates to global payment settlement systems
- Proven ability to influence at all levels, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage testing activities in large-scale corporate projects
As a Payment Solutions Director, you will act as a liaison between operational, project, and technology teams, vendors, and external industry groups. You will also have the opportunity to attain SME level knowledge and understanding of business processes and flows via in-depth analysis of workflows and Standard Operating Procedures.
