Leader in Payment Industry Compliance

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our payment industry compliance and risk enablement efforts. As Head of Payment Industry Compliance & Risk Enablement, you will serve as a focal point for expert leadership in industry scheme compliance and first-line risk management.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in a payments industry-related leadership role, with a strong background in risk and compliance transformation. Proven experience working in an agile product development environment and leading through uncertainty is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic relationship management and advocacy with payment industry bodies and schemes
- Compliance Framework implementation
- Financial management of scheme participation
- Operational risk embedment and transformation
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess the following skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a business and/or technology related discipline
- Strong leadership and advisory skills
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
