Job Title: Broadcast Maintenance Engineer

Seeking an experienced Broadcast Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in broadcast engineering and have experience with maintenance and support of field facilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with stakeholders to provide maintenance to field facilities ensuring optimal equipment performance.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules for field assets to minimize downtime.
  • Assist in the build and system integration of greenfield projects ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with Workshop Engineering team on cable termination, repair, equipment testing, and stock level management to optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide on-site support for project execution when required to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Coordinate resources and communicate effectively with teams, stakeholders, and clients to achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in similar broadcast role with proven track record of maintaining and upgrading engineering facilities in OB/Field or SNG settings.
  • Proven ability to manage engineering projects from conception to delivery with attention to detail and quality in technical deliverables.
  • Strong communication skills for effective liaising with teams, stakeholders, and clients.
